- Patch-and-paint, drywall repair, and touch-ups
- Caulking, sealing & weather-stripping
- Mounting TVs, cameras, shelves & fixtures
- Installing locks, door hardware, handles & hinges
- Furniture assembly and repair
- Blinds, curtain rods & window treatments
- In-depth move-out inspections
- Basic tech setup (cameras, smart locks, thermostats)
- Light hauling, junk removal & organizing
- Walk-throughs & punch lists, documented with photos in our app
Who we're looking for
- Dependable, available full-time Mon–Fri during business hours
- Thorough — you scope it right and don't call it done until it is
- Hands-on across general repair, carpentry & assembly
- Comfortable using a smartphone & apps on the job
- Presentable & professional with tenants and guests
- Organized, accountable & a problem-solver in the field

- You live in the Las Vegas area
- Your own reliable vehicle for hauling tools & materials
- Your own basic hand tools
- Can pass a background check & legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available full-time during weekday business hours
Experience: 1 year of maintenance (required)
